Hiring: Snow Plowers & Labourers – Winter 2026/27

Beyond Landscaping is hiring seasonal snow plowers and labourers for the 2026/27 winter season to support snow removal operations in North and West Vancouver. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ❄️ JOB DETAILS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• On-call 24/7 during snow events (shifts often start ~3:30 am)
• Shifts: 8–12 hrs depending on storm severity
• Location: North & West Vancouver - $50 per day shift bonus for every snow event
• Own car, SUV, 4x4 or truck = paid at a higher hourly rate ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ?

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Hard-working, reliable, and flexible with schedule
• Physically fit for snow shoveling, salting, and labour work
• Experience with snow removal or outdoor labour preferred
• Valid driver's license an asset

• Snow removal & ice control (plowing, shoveling, salting)
• Assist with equipment operations and site safety
