Main Responsibilities
- Formulate and review bank-wide credit policies, procedures and guidelines in line with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Group's standard Keep close update of the new guidelines / regulations / policies released by the regulatory bodies and Head Office applicable to the Bank's credit risk management, including the formulation and maintenance of the local ESG risk classification policy Participate in bank-wide projects and formulate / enhance related credit policies & guidelines to support business initiatives Perform the country risk rating reviews and assessments as assigned by Head Office Coordinate responses and follow-up actions of the findings / recommendations by the auditors and regulators and conduct policy enhancement Handle regular/ad-hoc reporting and bank projects Requirements
- University degree holder in banking, finance or related disciplines Minimum 3 years' banking experience-Good knowledge of general banking products / workflow, lending principles / credit approval process as well as awareness of credit risk issues Preferable with experience in formulating credit policies for corporate, commercial and treasury / institutional banking related areas Knowledge in BELR, IRB & corporate governance would be an added advantage-Proactive, detailed-oriented, good analytical and communication skills Multi-tasked and able to work independently under tight timelines-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must) To apply, please submit your application along with your resume to "recruithk@asia.ccb.com".
