Job description
The J23 Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in the overall operation, profitability, and guest satisfaction of assigned venue(s). The J23 Assistant Manager ensures the development and leadership of high performing teams, achieving financial and enterprise objectives, maintaining proper inventory control including equipment and supplies, maintaining consistent, high quality guest service, and ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.
As the J23 Assistant Manager you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team) and in providing AAA four diamond service standards to our guests.
