Job description
The Senior Estimator handles a variety of estimating and preconstruction tasks. The Senior Estimator will understand and promote BOND’s Estimating Standard Operating Procedures, including but not limited to, estimate development scheduling, preconstruction process flow, estimate formats, IT tools, strategic selection of subcontractors and purchasing support.
The Senior Estimator will need to analyze an array of construction documents, specifications, proposals, and other project documentation to produce a Best in Class estimate in response to a client’s request and expectation. The Senior Estimator will be expected to work directly with Clients, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors and Suppliers to develop and/or nurture existing business relationships.
