岗位职责 / Duties: 1.负责Keeta某国业务的用户增长，通过拉新、复活及提升次月留存有效的提升月交易用户池 2.通过数据分析和对用户行为、场景的洞察发现增长机会点，定义策略方向 3.通过补贴、漏斗优化、卡券sku设计及营销玩法等方式执行上述策略方向 4.协同产、研、算法团队共同作用于交易用户数的结果达成 1.Responsible for user growth in Keeta's operations in [specific country], effectively increasing the monthly active transaction user pool through new user acquisition, reactivation, and improving next-month retention rates. 2.Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and insights into user behavior/scenarios, defining strategic directions. 3.Execute strategies via subsidies, funnel optimization, coupon/SKU design, and marketing campaigns. 4.Collaborate with product, R&D, and algorithm teams to achieve transaction user targets.
