Email Marketing Specialist - Night Shift

About the Role

Fleekbiz is hiring a Email Marketing Specialist to own outbound email and prospect list operations to market AI development and custom software services and products for North American SMBs. You own two connected functions end-to-end. You build the lists. You run the sequences. You measure, test, and iterate until the numbers move.

You work in tight real-time alignment with the Brand and Sales leads on copy and angle, and on what is being qualified. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who treats email marketing as a craft and wants visible ownership of the outbound engine.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain verified prospect lists using lead generation platforms (such as Apollo or similar) across two distinct ICPs Own the cold email engine end-to-end: domain warmup, deliverability monitoring, sequence setup, A/B testing of subject lines and copy, and continuous iteration based on open and reply data Configure from ground zero and operate cold email platforms (such as Instantly or similar) Maintain list hygiene, segmentation, and ICP qualification across both brands Track, analyze, and report on top-of-funnel email metrics: deliverability, open rate, reply rate, qualified responses Constantly refine copy, subject lines, and outreach angles based on what is performing Pass warm responses to the sales for closing Requirements What You Must Have 2 to 4 years of hands-on B2B email marketing or outbound sales operations experience Demonstrated ownership of cold email programs: deliverability, A/B testing, copy iteration Hands-on experience with at least one cold email platform and one lead generation tool Strong written English.

You will be writing and iterating cold email copy targeting North American decision-makers Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warmup, sender reputation Self-directed and able to manage a daily rhythm without micromanagement Bonus Points Experience selling to or prospecting US-based SMBs Background in IT services, software, or SaaS outbound Familiarity with AI-assisted copy iteration and personalization at scale Benefits What we Offer: Competitive salary Commissions Monetary benefits include Eid Bonuses, Performance Bonuses, EOBI (Pension plan), Paid leave compensation, Advance salary.
