Catering & Conference Services Manager

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned conference, social, wedding, and golf groups, managing all aspects of planning, execution, and post-event follow-up. Act as a liaison between event planners and resort teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services. Consistently uphold The Sea Pines Resort’s standards by providing exceptional guest experiences while identifying opportunities to maximize revenue.

Serve as the on-site contact and concierge, anticipating needs and resolving issues to enhance satisfaction and drive repeat business. Collaborate closely with Conference Services and Food & Beverage teams to support successful operations and assist across departments as needed.
