Job description
The Operations Manager has accountability for the management, planning, directing and controlling of all activities within the laboratories including Chemistry, Microbiology, Sample Reception and other operation functions, ensuring the delivery of high quality and cost effective service to customers and in the process ensure that all compliance, operational, contractual and financial objectives are met.
Requirements
The Operations Manager will demonstrate leadership of the Laboratory team that creates an environment of process improvement, consultation and communication that is reflected in improved operating policies and procedures, ensuring that the Laboratory has a top-class reputation for providing testing services.
