The Planning and Development Coordinator will manage and coordinate private land development, entitlement, permitting, GIS, and environmental restoration projects from due diligence through implementation. This role blends project management, land use planning, zoning research, spatial analysis, consultant coordination, and conservation-focused development to support projects that balance responsible growth with long-term land stewardship.
