Community Connector (Personal Support): Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:00PM–8:00PM | Saturday - 10:00AM–5:00PM (Beltsville, MD)

The Personal Supports teams provides both at-home and community supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities during morning, mid-day, and evening hours. We focus on each person’s individual goal, gifts, and areas of interest as we customize schedules to support people within their communities every day.
