Job Overview: Job Summary** The Civil Helper will assist skilled craft workers with various tasks related to civil construction projects, ensuring efficient and safe operations for Primoris Energy Services in Sherman, Texas. Job Responsibilities** * Perform general labor duties such as digging, trenching, shoveling, and raking. * Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment. * Operate small hand and power tools under supervision. * Maintain a clean and organized work site, including debris removal and material handling.

• Follow all safety regulations and company policies diligently. * Assist in setting up and dismantling work zones, including traffic control devices. * Support skilled craft workers (e.g., excavators, pipefitters, concrete finishers) with their tasks as directed. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Job Qualifications** * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. * Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures is a plus. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. * Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Sherman, Texas. * Previous experience in construction or a related field is beneficial but not required. * Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
