Bird Poultry is hiring a CDL Class A Driver for a regional, home-daily position transporting finished poultry products to distribution centers.

This is not an over-the-road role. Drivers can expect consistent routes, steady earnings, and the ability to be home every day.

Requirements

Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience Clean driving record (MVR) Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check Experience with ELD systems and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable working in refrigerated and outdoor environments Key Responsibilities Pick up loaded trailers from the processing facility Deliver products to customer locations and distribution centers Assist with unloading and pallet breakdowns as needed Return empty trailers and perform equipment inspections Maintain cleanliness of tractor and trailer Complete ELD logs, pre- and post-trip inspections, and required documentation Operate in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries Benefits $70,000–$95,000+ annual earning potential based on routes Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match (up to 3%) Paid time off and paid holidays Company-paid life and disability insurance
