Open Until Filled EXECUTIVE SERVICE ( This position serves at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority. ) The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) owns, operates, and maintains eight major toll facilities comprised of four bridges, two tunnels, and two turnpikes, across the State of Maryland.
