Apartment Property Maintenance Our apartment groundskeeper performs a variety of tasks throughout the day. The day to day in the groundskeeper department involves maintaining our property with exterior repairs and upkeep, prepare and assist in market ready units for the next resident. Our groundskeeper works with property focus, works in a safe environment, and maintains a safety conscious environment. Don’t have all the skills or knowledge below, it’s okay! The willingness to learn and basic knowledge of tools, household appliances and structures is a starting point.
