Senior EAP Counselor-Psychiatry (Hybrid opportunity)

Job description
Provides short-term counseling, assessment and referrals for clients of the EAP. Conducts supervisor information and training sessions. Consults with supervisors, managers and HR staff. Serves as a lead worker to other EAP Counselors. May serve as back-up for EAP Manger and EAP Director in supervising the office; and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE* Master’s in Social Work or related field* Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills* Excellent clinical skills in mental health and addictions treatment* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ten or more years of experience* Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) highly recommended
