○ Drive regular performance reviews, coaching, feedback, and capability-building initiatives. ○ Address performance gaps through training, role realignment, or performance management interventions. ○ Establish and enforce SOPs and governance mechanisms to ensure consistent execution at scale. ● Data Ownership & Operational Excellence: ○ Own the creation, maintenance, tracking, and analysis of academic, student, and operational data, including attendance, assessments, assignments, results, and batch records.
○ Leverage data insights to drive reviews, identify trends, and implement corrective actions across academics, engagement, and operations. ● Additional Duties: ○ Collaborate with internal academic, training, admissions, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and program success. ○ Drive continuous process improvements to enhance student outcomes and operational effectiveness.
○ Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
