Requirements
- Minimum three years of international recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for Europe and GCC markets.
- Knowledge of compensation, visa rules, and labor norms in these regions.
- Ability to meet monthly onboarding targets.
- Experience in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment.
- Good communication skills and strong coordination ability.
- Experience using ATS tools like Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter.
