Western States Cat is looking for a results-oriented Service Pricing Coordinator to add to our dynamic, successful Product Support team, specializing in customer care. This position is responsible for creating, revising, and maintaining standard jobs, including serial number specific standard jobs complete with Repair Bill of Materials (RBOMs) and repair definitions. This role will also serve as a centralized resource for the Service Department and Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSR’s) for quoting and estimating repair work.
