Appointment Setter – Calls & CRM Outreach (C1 English)

We’re looking for an Appointment Setter with strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and experience handling CRM-based outreach to convert existing leads into qualified appointments. This role is heavily call-focused. You’ll spend most of your day speaking with leads, following up, re-engaging prospects, and scheduling qualified meetings.

🔥 What you’ll do Make outbound calls to existing and interested leads Follow up with customers interested in vehicles and schedule appointments Re-engage inactive leads through calls, emails, and CRM follow-ups Write personalized outreach messages and emails when needed Manage and update lead activity inside the CRM Coordinate calendars and confirm appointments Track weekly KPIs including calls made, contact rate, appointments booked, and conversions ✅ Requirements Must have: C1 English level (spoken and written) Strong communication and phone skills Experience in appointment setting, customer service, SDR, sales, or similar call-based roles Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub.
