Early Years Educator Apprenticeship (Level 3) – Enchanted Lands Nursery Location: Enchanted Lands Nursery 3 Winchester Avenue, Kingsbury, NW9 9TA Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Shifts within standard daytime hours) Annual Wage: £18,720 Apprenticeship Level: Level 3 Early Years Educator Training Provider: Professional Training Solutions About the Role: Professional Training Solutions is proud to be working in partnership with Enchanted Lands Nursery, a well-established early years setting in Kingsbury, northwest London, to offer an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Educator Apprentice.
This full-time apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and are ready to take the next step in their early years career. You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification in a setting that promotes learning through structured play and routine.

Key Responsibilities
- As a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will:
- Support children aged 0–5 through daily routines in a structured nursery environment.
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities that support children’s development across the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
- Carry out observations and assessments, helping to track each child’s progress and development.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to children’s learning journeys.
- Promote a safe and secure environment by following safeguarding procedures at all times.
- Support with mealtimes, hygiene routines, and personal care, promoting independence.
- Work collaboratively with nursery staff to uphold high standards of care and education.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers to support each child’s individual needs. Training and Qualification Details:
- You will work toward achieving the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification through Professional Training Solutions.
- Training includes a blend of on-the-job experience, dedicated study time, and online learning.
- A dedicated tutor and a workplace mentor will guide and support your development throughout the programme.
- If you do not already hold Level 2 English and Maths, you may be required to complete Functional Skills qualifications during the apprenticeship. Entry Requirements:
- A Level 2 childcare qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- A genuine interest in early childhood development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team in a professional setting. What You’ll Gain:
