Job description
SUMMARY The Property Damage Manager provides technical and administrative oversight to a team of claim adjusters responsible for adjudicating and settling first-party and liability personal automobile claims. The responsibilities ensure that all adjuster activity and file handling are consistent with company policies, procedures, and statutory guidelines.
The role will also provide oversight and direction in monitoring attendance, personnel issues, performance evaluations, interviewing, and completing the corrective action process.
