- Flow Designer (flows, subflows, actions)
- Script Includes
- Notifications, Scheduled Jobs, ACLs Integrations
- REST & SOAP APIs (inbound and outbound)
- Import Sets & Transform Maps
- Scripted REST APIs
- Authentication methods (OAuth, Basic Auth)
- JSON/XML data handling
- Experience on SSO/ITSM/ERP Product Integrations Desirable
- HRSD Module
- Service. Now Portal / Employee Center configuration
- Widget configuration and basic UI customization
