Job description
An IP Operations Systems Specialist performs a variety of duties related to the maintenance, reporting, auditing, and ongoing support of the IP systems used to support the patent, trademark, and docketing practices. This role assists with ensuring data integrity, developing and running recurring and ad hoc reports, supporting system enhancements, testing solutions, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
The position requires collaboration with department leadership and internal stakeholders as needed to understand business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support effective use of IP systems.
