Our Lady of Mount Carmel School, located in Essex, Maryland, is seeking a qualified full‑time principal to begin in the 2026–2027 academic year. The principal’s highest priority is building a Catholic community of faith in which the Catholic Christian message and the experiences of community, worship, service, and social concern are fully integrated.

Additionally, a paramount responsibility is promoting and facilitating student learning of the highest quality. The principal reports to the president and has primary responsibility for providing instructional leadership.
