Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager Location: Abu Dhabi,UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Vacancies: 1 Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: AED 3,000 Accommodation Allowance: AED 800 Transportation Allowance: AED 250 One Meal Provided Daily Employment Visa Medical Insurance Annual Leave as per UAE Labour Law Working Schedule 5 Working Days per Week 2 Days Off 9 Hours per Day (Including 1-Hour Break) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational standards within a busy Asian fast-food restaurant in Abu Dhabi,UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations. Supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff. Ensure excellent customer service standards. Monitor food quality and service delivery. Manage staff schedules and attendance. Handle customer complaints professionally. Monitor inventory and stock levels. Support cashier operations when required.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Assist with staff training and performance management. Maintain operational efficiency during peak business hours.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of supervisory or restaurant management experience. Experience in: Fast Food Asian Cuisine Chinese Restaurants Japanese Restaurants Indonesian Restaurants Indian Restaurants Wok restaurant experience is an advantage. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good English communication skills. Arabic language is an advantage.

Preferred Nationality: Arab Preferred Age: Up to 36 years Male candidates preferred. General Candidate Requirements Preferred Nationalities Asian candidates preferred. Other nationalities will also be considered based on relevant experience. Preferred Experience Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following: Fast Food Restaurants Asian Cuisine Chinese Restaurants Japanese Restaurants Indonesian Restaurants Indian Restaurants Wok Kitchen Operations / Wok Table Minimum Experience 3 years relevant experience.
