Job description
The Network Engineer is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and support of the Wide Area Network. The majority of the work assigned to the network engineer is project focused. The network engineer serves as an expert for the IT Network Infrastructure including responsibility for WAN connectivity, Internet connectivity, and VPN’s.
The network engineer will also have responsibility for the Core, Distribution, and Access layer switching, will serve as an expert of the Palo Alto firewall infrastructure, and as an engineer for the Wifi infrastructure. He/She will be responsible for and support the overall design and implementation of complex network solutions.
