Key Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Indian dishes as per menu standards Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Monitor kitchen inventory and food storage Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations Maintain cleanliness and organized workstations Follow company recipes and operational procedures Salary: ₹43,000 – ₹47,000 INR Per Month Requirements 2+ years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef/Cook Strong knowledge of North Indian and/or South Indian dishes Experience in restaurant, hotel, catering, or cloud kitchen preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Basic English communication preferred Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards Preferred Candidate Profile: Indian Curry Chef Tandoor Chef South Indian Chef North Indian Chef Commis Chef CDP (Chef de Partie) Restaurant Cook Multi-Cuisine Indian Chef Benefits International work opportunity in Vietnam Professional kitchen environment Career growth opportunities Exposure to international hospitality standards
