Job description
Design and maintain enterprise-wide Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, including emergency response management. Develop and implement Crisis Management plans for major business disruptions. Prepare, update, and maintain BCP/DR documentation (plans, procedures, call lists, test results, etc.)
Plan and coordinate functional and technical continuity testing. Collaborate with IT to maintain DR plans for critical systems and ensure recovery sites remain updated and functional. Maintain and update the organization’s Business Continuity Policy. Conduct Business Impact Analyses to identify vulnerabilities, single points of failure, and mitigation strategies.
Assess and report regulatory and industry requirements related to BCP/DR.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Mgmt./Engineering (preferred) 7–10 years in BCP/DR program mgmt. Business Continuity certification (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office Strong leadership & stakeholder mgmt.
