Job description
The Regional Manager is a fast-paced operations role with demands from multiple stakeholders including corporate teams, Clinic Operations leadership peers, physicians, and clinic roles. To be successful at this position, you need strong leadership and management skills to lead clinic staff—specifically building and developing capabilities within our team in the areas of relationship-building, operational excellence and patient/customer experience.
You will work collaboratively with regional directors and clinic leads to solve various day-to-day operational issues. In addition to the tactical components of this position, the Regional Manager will help with the strategic integration of new practices and help support the business development team.
