Job Responsibilities
Requisitos Formação Ensino Superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimentos técnicos Experiência com sustentação de sistemas corporativos de RH. Conhecimento do sistema Senior HCM , preferencialmente nos módulos de Folha de Pagamento e Administração de Pessoal.
Experiência com integrações entre sistemas (APIs, Web Services, arquivos de integração ou middleware). Conhecimento do Workday será considerado um diferencial. Vivência com banco de dados e consultas SQL. Conhecimento em ITIL, gestão de incidentes e gestão de mudanças. Competências comportamentais Perfil analítico e orientado à resolução de problemas.
Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com clientes internos e fornecedores. Organização e gestão de prioridades. Proatividade e senso de dono. Facilidade para atuar em ambientes multiculturais e em contato com times globais. Capacidade de traduzir necessidades do negócio em soluções tecnológicas. Diferenciais Experiência com projetos de implantação ou integração entre sistemas de RH.
Vivência em empresas multinacionais. Inglês intermediário ou avançado para interação com equipes globais. Conhecimento em processos de Folha de Pagamento, Administração de Pessoal e interfaces de RH.
