Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily management, operation, and maintenance of the Profitability Analysis Management (PAM) system Support users in system optimization and user acceptance test Develop appropriate databases, reports, and tools to meet departmental needs for data analysis and monitoring Assist in optimizing and automating internal workflows to enhance operational efficiency Participate in departmental project development and digital transformation initiatives Support the implementation of AI applications within financial management, including but not limited to financial forecasting, process intelligence, and data insights Utilize AI tools and techniques to assist in designing and implementing intelligent financial solutions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; relevant academic background or professional qualifications preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English Basic understanding of management accounting; experience in financial data analysis is an advantage Familiarity with SQL, Excel VBA, Access, Power Query, OAS, TM1, Python, Tableau, RPA, and similar tools Experience with AI tools such as machine learning frameworks, natural language processing, and predictive modeling; willing to promote AI adoption in financial management Ability to apply AI techniques to business scenarios for data mining, automated reporting, and decision support We offer competitive remuneration package and comprehensive fringe benefits including medical and life insurance, and different types of allowances to the right candidates.
