Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 Finance & Operations
• Experience in 4–8 end-to-end implementation projects, including Retail & POS
• Strong expertise in X++, SSRS, AIF, and DIXF
• Hands-on experience in customization, upgrades, integrations, and technical troubleshooting
• Experience with DevOps, release management, and deployment strategies
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform development and tools
• Experience with AI & Microsoft Copilot capabilities
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience in project documentation, RFP preparation, cost estimation, and resource allocation
