Job description
The Sr. Financial Analyst will take a proactive role in shaping financial strategy by independently developing and presenting analysis that informs key business decisions, leveraging comprehensive financial planning, in-depth analysis, and accurate forecasting. They will manage quarterly sales quota setting and oversee the sales commission payout process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
The Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with external auditors and internal departments to facilitate smooth, compliant audits. Additionally, they will assist senior management in securing banking facilities and work to optimize cash flow and inventory positions for maximum efficiency.
