Join the City of Jefferson’s Public Works Department and play an important role in protecting our community and environment! We are seeking a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator I or II to join our Wastewater Laboratory team. This position is responsible for sample collection and laboratory analysis of wastewater samples as it pertains to the NPDES permit and plant process control.
Maintains spreadsheets in accordance to the NPDES permit and federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Position level (Operator I or II) is based on qualifications, experience, and certifications.
