& Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of yourself and your team members. Adhere to the production schedule by being at your assigned machine(s) at the start of your shift. Achieve daily production goals for rubber/phenolic goods. Maintain a low scrap rate during production. Maintain workplace organization in accordance with 5S standards.
