• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company-specific safety standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, multi meters, and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in digital or paper-based logs.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to support project timelines and operational goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment always.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles and travel to remote sites.
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, grounding, and control systems.
• Familiarity with electrical safety practices and OSHA/NEC standards.
• Proficiency in using common hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing instruments (e.g., multi meters, clamp meters).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, field-based environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as required by project demands.
