Licensed Medical Provider: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician's Associate (PA)

The role will understand and be comfortable with treatment of physical health, mental health, and substance use disorder diagnoses in the context of care to a homeless and underserved population. Primary care at Central City Concern includes low barrier prescribing of medications for opioid use disorder, a harm reduction approach to many health conditions, and a flexible and responsive approach to highly vulnerable patients.
