With our size and success, we can offer you a world of career opportunity, choice, and security. ๐ What Youโll Be Doing As a Care Professional , youโll provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first. โจ Your key responsibilities include: ๐ง Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming) ๐ Medication support (preparation and administration) ๐ฒ Meal preparation and mealtime assistance ๐ถ Mobility and equipment support ๐งบ Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning) ๐ฌ Companionship and emotional support โจ Youโll also: ๐ค Encourage social engagement and family connections ๐ Monitor health and report any changes ๐ Maintain accurate documentation ๐ก๏ธ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively ๐งฉ Work collaboratively with families and professionals ๐ฆธ What Youโll Need (Besides a Cape!) No experience?
