CUSTOMS BROKERAGE SUPERVISOR Develops plans based on customer specifications. Reviews processes and implements new procedures. Assists teams in resolving Customs and carrier issues. Maintains positive customer relationships. Addresses disciplinary and performance issues and complaints as needed.
