Position Freelance Recruitment Partner 📍 China (Remote) 💼 Freelance / Contractor (invoice required) 💰 Up to 40% commission on successful placements 🌍 Access to 500+ live vacancies globally What You'll Be Doing ✅ Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking and other channels ✅ Screen, interview and qualify candidates against client requirements ✅ Partner closely with our Service Delivery Team and Managing Director to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions ✅ Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple sectors ✅ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process ✅ Keep candidate information organised and updated within our ATS ✅ Develop long-term relationships with candidates and become their trusted career partner What We're Looking For ✔ Fluent Mandarin Chinese+English (written and spoken) ✔ Strong knowledge of the Chinese talent market ✔ Ability to source and recruit candidates within China ✔ Previous recruitment or talent sourcing experience ✔ Experience recruiting internationally is highly advantageous ✔ Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently ✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Responsive, proactive and delivery-focused mindset ✔ ATS and recruitment technology experience is a plus Why Join DKR?
