Maintenance Technician - Legacy Village

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Legacy Village location. This community has 212 units and is conveniently located off Highway 41, close to Legacy Golf Course in Springfield, TN. Legacy Village features well-maintained, two-story buildings and includes a large maintenance shop. As the Maintenance Technician, you are responsible in aiding all general maintenance of the apartment community.

This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property.
