Job Description A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging e-Learning content and multimedia learning experiences.
The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a solid understanding of instructional design principles, and hands-on experience creating digital learning materials, including videos and interactive modules.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and implement e-Learning courses and training materials based on learning objectives Create storyboards and visual concepts for e-Learning modules and videos Develop interactive learning experiences using authoring tools and multimedia elements Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy Edit and produce instructional videos, presentations, and other digital assets Apply instructional design models (e.
g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles Review and revise content based on feedback and performance metrics Ensure all materials meet quality standards and are aligned with organizational goals A BIT ABOUT YOU Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, e-Learning Developer, or similar role Strong video design, editing, and multimedia production skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience using Canva for visual content creation Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) Knowledge of e-Learning design best practices and instructional design methodologies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Join the A-Team and experience the A-Life!
