[Legal counsel support] Examine a general type of counsel and provide a solution to minimize legal risks. 3. [Responding to a dispute and government investigation] Perform tasks to respond to major disputes like litigation, arbitration, and claim and a country's government investigation, following an established strategy. 4. [Identifying and responding to a country's legal trend] Identify and analyze a country's regulation-related trend (legislation and precedent) which is related to the company's business like labor, environment, HR, and fair trade. Skills and Qualifications
