We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Test & Validation Lead Engineers to join our ADAS team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of ADAS systems through testing and system integration activities.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize and maintain demo and testing vehicles & HIL & SIL. Design and execute test plans and procedures for system-level testing of ADAS components and subsystems. Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing on various vehicle systems and testing bench to validate their compliance with design specifications and requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, requirements, and acceptance criteria for system & software level. Document test procedures, results, and findings in clear and concise reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of vehicle architectures, CAN/LIN communication protocols, and diagnostic tools. Experience in vehicle level activities minimum 7 years. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, C/C++.

Proficiency in using CANoe for network analysis and CAPL for scripting and testing. Experience in test plan execution on HIL and SIL. Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and data acquisition systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Full English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standard and automotive SPICE. Experience with simulation tools such as Simulink, Car. Sim, or dSPACE. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Automotive Engineering Related technical fields Minimum 5 to 8+ years of experience in automotive software testing or validation.

Strong knowledge of: Automotive software development lifecycle ASPICE processes Requirements-based testing methodologies Automotive communication protocols: CAN CAN FD LIN Automotive Ethernet Hands-on experience with: CANoe CANalyzer CAPL scripting Vector tools Experience developing test automation using: Python C/C++ Shell scripting Familiarity with: Requirement management tools (DOORS, Polarion, Codebeamer, Jama) Test management tools Defect tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps) Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing one or more of the following: DMS OMS SVM Parking Systems AEB RAEB ADAS perception systems Experience with camera-based vision systems and image processing validation. Experience working with: QNX Neutrino RTOS Linux embedded systems Understanding of: ISO 26262 Functional Safety SOTIF (ISO 21448) Automotive Cybersecurity (ISO 21434) Experience with: HIL/SIL environments dSPACE ETAS Vector VT Systems ASPICE assessor or practitioner experience is a plus.

Experience in software qualification audits and process compliance reviews.
