The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for leading and executing the day-to-day HR functions at the assigned Sunny Sky Products (SSP) manufacturing plant(s). This role partners closely with plant leadership to foster a high-performance culture built on our Core Principles, ensuring best-in-class programs for team members.
Key responsibilities include
talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, safety leadership, compliance, and benefits administration. The HR Generalist plays a critical role in building an engaged, high-performing workforce while ensuring adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company policies.
