We are focused on: the best customer experiences delivering high quality services great working conditions growing with innovations continuously improving competitiveness through digitalization Key responsibilities: Lead and support transformation and change management initiatives for small- and large-scale projects across HQ support functions and DTSE shared service organisation Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive transformation playbook and AI-powered tools to standardize processes and enable scalable change delivery Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, HRBPs, and teams to ensure alignment on change objectives and seamless execution Proactively identify opportunities to stimulate innovative ways of working, enhancing operational efficiency, performance, and agility within the segment Conduct stakeholder analysis, design tailored change strategies, and manage resistance through targeted communication and engagement plans Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report outcomes to senior leadership Provide coaching and training to managers, teams and HRBPs on change management best practices, building internal capabilities Building and stimulating change management communities for sharing experience and enhancing learning within GHSE and across other DT segments Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate transformation efforts with broader organizational goals, ensuring sustainable impact. Expected experience: 7+ years in transformation and change management, ideally in ICT companies, with a track record of delivering complex programs. 3+ years in top consultancy companies with a Project Lead role , advising senior leadership on change and transformation 5+ experience in working in multinational companies and environments at the same time successfully driving operational and cultural change Ability to translate vision into actionable playbooks and AI-enabled tools; strong skills in process optimization and future-proofing operations. Excellent stakeholder management, with experience guiding leaders, HRBPs, and teams through change; adept at building buy-in and overcoming resistance. Proficiency in KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and tools like AI platforms for change enablement. Outstanding verbal and written skills for crafting compelling narratives, training, and reporting at executive levels. Thrives in dynamic environments; certified in methodologies like Prosci, ADKAR, PMI Familiarity with AI tools, project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira), and collaboration platforms.
