Job description
Effectively manage customers by ensuring orders are processed within relevant timeframes and handle queries to a high level of customer service. Engage with our customers through monthly outbound telephone campaigns, gaining Voice of Customer feedback and promoting the company’s products. Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide a high level of customer service.
Support the Team Leader as required including preparing quotations, supporting account credit and debit administration.
