Job description
The Tax Identification and Assignment Tax Searcher II performs and ensures the accurate assignment and maintenance of agency tax identifications (parcel numbers) for each contract (loan) under service in accordance with report processing priorities. The role is responsible for maintaining all primary state training and resource material on SharePoint as changes in agencies, formats, collection and available internet resources occur.
The Tax Identification and Assignment Tax Searcher II also acquires tax identifier information to support C-service and delinquency reporting in a timely and accurate manner including those of a complex nature.
