A Co-op position with SME is an ideal career opportunity for a motivated college student, interested in a profession in engineering, environmental sciences, and/or construction. Our Co-ops gain practical, hands-on training to help build skills by integrating full-time within our project teams. The Co-op experience helps students explore a potential future technical professional in the AEC industry.
In addition, you will build lasting relationships with your co-workers as well as establish a strong industry network with experienced professionals.
