The Tax Manager – Asia Region role at UCT is responsible for overseeing tax compliance, reporting, and operational processes across the Asia region to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies. This position manages corporate and indirect tax filings, quarterly provisions, audits, and cross‑border tax matters while supporting U.
S. reporting needs. It drives process optimization, implements robust controls, and partners with cross‑functional teams on business initiatives, M&A, and tax planning. By combining technical expertise, leadership, and strategic insight, the Tax Manager strengthens compliance, efficiency, and risk management, supporting UCT’s growth and excellence in the semiconductor industry.
